Testing

Simetrycal puts the technical knowledge of its staff at the disposal of the clients to create standard or tailored tests. In this field, Simetrycal works side by side with the different labs of the University of Seville in order to increase the range of services offered.

Some of the provided testing services are:

• Design of mechanical components.
• Dynamic and resistant analysis of mechanical systems.
• Vibrations analysis and reduction.
• Mechanical tests and measurements. In particular:

-Measurement and analysis of field vibrations.
-Measurement and analysis of field noises.
-Measurement and analysis of mechanical components by means of an extensometry (on-site).
-Measurement and analysis of mobile components by means of telemetry techniques.
-Mechanical materials testing: fatigue, and component tests (in laboratory).
-Extensiometric test: static and dynamic flaw (in laboratory).
-Vibrations test: definition of the vibratory and impact responses, and determination of natural frequncies and vibration modes.
-Component testing according to clients’ specifications (shock absorbers).
